The project was designed according to the functional requirements of the owners: a family with 4 children. They considered key destinate the most of the plot to be used for children’s games and family and friends meetings.
The owner, dedicated to the wood exporta round the world, requested that the materials used should be the most sheer as possible.
To comply with the first premise,  The house occupies the alignment of façade and an West side, with an “L” shape that leaves the rest of plot free for leisure: swimming pool, games, etc.
The material chosen to meet the second premise where exposed concrete, corten steel, wood and glass.
The result are two volumes of rotund presence at the facade and highly permeable through the glass towards the interior of the plot.
